How it works
If a product isn't the right fit, emailĀ david@dishbydavid.comĀ within 14 days of your purchase date with the email address you used at checkout. Tell us what didn't work. We'd rather fix it: most refund requests turn out to be a login problem, a missing download, or not knowing where to start, and we can solve those in one reply. If you still want the refund after that, we process it, no argument.
Refunds go back to the original payment method through the platform you bought on. Allow 5 to 10 business days for your bank to show it.

What the guarantee doesn't cover
Requests after 14 days from purchase. Duplicate purchases made on purpose. Chargebacks filed without contacting us first (please email us; a chargeback takes weeks and costs everyone, and we'll refund faster than your bank will).

The Real Fermentation System and The Fermented Gut Reset each include 45 days of direct email support with David. If you're stuck on a jar, a step, or the platform, use it before you decide. That's what it's there for.
